What are the client's responsibilities to ensure prompt and accurate service?
As a client, your responsibility is to ensure the information given to A-1 is correct and timely. The client is also responsible for documentation specific to your employees and the timely delivery of such information to A-1.
How often will my employees be paid?
The client decides how it's employees will be paid: weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly.
What options will my employees have regarding how they receive their pay?
Employees can receive a check, direct deposit or they can elect to use our new eCash Comcheck Card designed especially for those employees who want the convenience of direct deposit but do not have a bank account.
