Prior to joining A-1 Contract Staffing, Inc., he was the Assistant Controller for the nation's largest privately held employee leasing company. While there, the company grew to over $500 million in revenue. Mr. Landay also has been involved in public accounting and other private industries.

After receiving his Bachelor’s degree from Troy State University, Mr. Johnson began his career in Risk Management while doing his post graduate work and has amassed over 23 years of Risk Management and Safety experience. 18 years of Mr. Johnson's experience are specific to the labor industry. He has completed the General Lines Agents course and is a professional member of the American Society of Safety Engineers, The Risk and Insurance Management Society, The National Fire Protection Association, Veterans of Safety International and the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society. He is a certified trainer for the Crisis Prevention Institute, an OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainer and the published author of several articles and papers on Safety and Risk Management. Mr. Johnson is also a frequent speaker at numerous labor industry functions.

Cindy Fowler

Mrs. Fowler has over 20 years of employment industry experience, 10 of which have been with A-1. Her areas of expertise are human resources, employee benefits, and retirement plans. She was previously the Benefits Manager for one of the largest employee leasing companies in the industry. She also previously worked with the city of Tampa administering union contracts, personnel policies, procedures and benefits.

Tammy A. Martin

Ms. Martin earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Florida. While serving as an Army Aviation Medic for Berlin Brigade, Berlin Germany, she was awarded the Army Service Ribbon, Army Occupation Medal, Army Achievement Medal and Good Conduct Medal. With 21 years of Workers’ Compensation management experience, Ms. Martin has experience as an Industry Consultant, National Director of Workers’ Compensation, Managing Paralegal, and Licensed Adjuster. She has been trained as a State Mediator and has experience at the 1st District Court of Appeals. Ms. Martin has served as an industry instructor and speaker at the State and National level. With a diligent focus on reduction of cost drivers and judicious claims management, Ms. Martin is uniquely suited to assist A-1 Contract Staffing’s clients.

Mick Murshell
Director of IT

Mr. Murschell has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and more than 15 years experience developing enterprise application software. He has over 10 years experience in the Professional Employer Organization industry. He has created many applications to help advance and streamline internal workings allowing smoother processes and broader functionality and flexibility giving the clients a more flexible and dependable experience.
Mr. Murschell has also created many client applications giving them more resources and access to their data, including such applications as ad hoc reporting, self service to view history and submit changes and a web-based time clock.
